Someone reported, that Netcam Watcher
Surveillance Software did not show a picture for his AXIS 2100 netcam, while his browser did.
Please note, that at least Firmware v2.12 is required to run AXIS2100 with Netcam Watcher. You can read about the upgrade process here:

With the firmware 2.12 or higher, Netcam Watcher will act as normal.
